Changes to an Existing Business
In accordance with Elko City Code 4-1-6, any changes made to an Elko City Business must be reported to the City of Elko Business License Department.
All business are required to provide verification that the changes have also been made on the Nevada State Business License and Nevada Sales/Use Tax Permit.

To delete an owner complete the Affidavit of Owner Deletion Form.

A Change in Ownership requires a New Business License Application
