The City of Elko Engineering Department requires two (2) site plans for any single-family residence. The following information is required for review:

As of July 1, 2006 a plan review fee will be due at the plan submittal stage for permits that require review of plans. Please call the Building Department, 775-777-7220, with the total construction valuation for the project to find out the plan review fee amount.

As of July 1, 2006 a revision fee will be due for revisions of plans that have been approved and issued.
