Prior to the adoption of Ord. AB11 on 10/02/2001, Article CH-4 read as follows.
ARTICLE IV
JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT
Sec. 4.020. Municipal court: Municipal judge. The salary of the municipal judge must be fixed
by the board of supervisors city council.
Sec. 4.030 Disposition of fines. All fines and forfeitures for the violation of ordinances shall
be
paid into the treasury of the city in the manner to be prescribed by ordinance.
