Prior to the adoption of Ord. 636 on 08/23/2005, Section 2-1-1 read as follows.

This Chapter shall be known as the Plumbing Code of the City of Elko, hereinafter "code", including the adoption of the 2003 edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code, with Appendices A, B, D, E, G, H, I, J and L and necessary administrative provisions. (Resolution 10-00, 05-23-00) Certain sections of the Administrative Code may be added or deleted by resolution.
